Qigong is a form of moving meditation practiced with slow, relaxed and flowing movements and easy to learn. It helps improve vitality, immunity, strength, muscle tone, and co-ordination by bringing a sense of relaxation to the body and mind.
We teach the Shibashi set 1 form, which was developed for beginners and rehabilitation. You can learn this form standing and seated, part of the focus of the class is learning to listen to our body and resting for a moment as needed.
£8 per class or block book 5 sessions for £40 and get one free. Beginners welcome. Suitable for all ages and abilities, can be practised standing or seated.
