Mindfulness Course from Saturday 23 February

'Be Calm, Be Happy' is a 3 week course teaching mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, as an effective counter-balance to the stresses of life and the opportunity to become happier.
